Valuation Services - as RV-SFA

According to the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the Regulations, which Requires Valuation Report From a Registered Valuer under Insolvency Code and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India Regulations, 2016 – A registered valuer means a person registered with the Authority as valuer, in accordance with the provisions of the Rules. Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has been specified as the Authority by the Central Government under section 458 of the Companies Act, 2013.

As a Registered Valuer, we offer our valuation services in the below areas:

A. Valuation required under the Provisions of Companies Act, 2013:

  • Allotment of Shares for consideration Other than Cash as per Rule 12(5) of the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014.
  • Further issue of shares as per Section 62(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 13 of the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Rules. 2014.
  • Issue of Sweat Equity Shares as per Rule 8 of the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Rules, 2014.

  • Valuation for conversion price of Debentures as part of Debt Restructuring scheme as per Regulation 158(6)(b) of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
