Srinivas Thatikonda

Srinivas Thatikonda is a well-rounded professional with expertise in commerce, law, and company secretarial services. He holds a post-graduate degree in commerce and a graduate degree in law from Osmania University, Hyderabad Mr. Thatikonda is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India, an Insolvency Professional (IP) and a Registered Valuer-Securities or Financial Assets.

A Company Secretary by profession holds 22+ years of experience, currently serving the Corporates on handling intricate matters of Corporate Secretarial, FEMA Compliances, corporate governance, compliance, procedure, approval, representation of clients as well as liasing with Authorities such as RBI, CLB, SEBI, RD, ROC, NCLT and other authorities for approvals, registrations, listing of securities, hearings, Mergers & Acquisitions, providing valid opinion on management, legal, and other secretarial matters and related fields, highlights his expertise in navigating complex regulatory requirements.

In his prior roles as Senior Vice President - Legal & Company Secretary of VBHC Value Homes Private Limited and Deputy Company Secretary in ING Vysya Bank Limited. Srinivas Thatikonda demonstrated his expertise in navigating complex legal and regulatory requirements in the field of company secretarial practice. He is known for his strong communication skills and ability to manage projects effectively and deliver results within specified time frames and budgets.
